Broker’s Notes
Circus, this Farr 40 has been inactive in racing for several years. Since bought by current owner in 2018, she has been an ongoing project to bring her back on track. Substantial work done on hull, keel, rudder, mast, standing rigging and engine has been completed. Brand new saildrive, propeller and hard rigging (2021).
Last IRC rating issued in 2011, HKPN rating in 2018. Engine in optimal conditions, brand new sail drive and propeller. Needs a racing wardrobe. Young family has kept current owner from sailing her as much as she was built for.
The excellent located mooring in Middle Island may be transferred to new owner.
