Broker’s Notes
Wonderful completely autonomous off-grid boat completely refitted (2019) and upgraded continuously until now. Can be used either as a home or holiday home to get away from the city.
The boat is currently in Aberdeen, Tai Po mooring available.
Specifications
Enormous living area: fully equipped (with new American fridge 2019, new dishwasher 2021, oven, microwave…) kitchen, living room, and dining in one open space.
The Kitchen is well located at the stern and doesn’t eat up living space.
5 Bedrooms:
– Master bedroom at the stern with ensuite (shower (completely renovated in February 2022, toilet + double sink) and walking closet
– 3 identical single beds bedrooms
– 1 bedroom at the bow – currently used as a Gym room (fully equipped and can stay that way if the next owner wants)
Other rooms
– 1 more bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and double sink
– 1 extra toilet with sink
– 1 small office
Exterior:
– Full teak deck with tables and cushioned seating area

The exterior has been completely renovated in mid-2019: All wood rotten removed, replaced, reoiled…
The cracks in the paint fixed
The entire exterior was repainted (except hull)
The deck looks fantastic now just sanded, oiled recaulked in January 2022.

– Double water pump system for redundancy
– 2 Watermaker Rainann high capacity 100 to 140L /h each (one 2019, one brand new august 2021 for redundancy)
– Solar system: 5.5KW super-efficient solar panels on a marine stainless steel structure hidden above a blue marine canvas. It went through 6 typhoons + many monsoon winds so far and is totally fine. They produce between 10 and 22KWh/day (2019)
– Victron Solar charger (2019)
– 10KVA Victron Quattro inverter (2019)
– Huge battery bank: 30KWh LiFePO batteries (2019)
– Installation of 11KVA Kholer Generator (2019 -(2000h) Genset frequently maintained and just went through a complete cooling system overhaul, electronic panel and exhaust changed (2021)
– New electric windlass 2019
Extras:
Dinghy 4.1m polycraft blue (from Australia) with side console steering powered by a 50HP Mercury 4 stroke outboard (installed in July 2021). This is the sea equivalent to a fiat 500 Abarth – super fun little boat that you can use cruising around.
